By using agem.io you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, the best thing is not to use the site.
A project under construction
agem is being built in the open. Some parts are already in use, others are marked as concept or rehearsal; the site is offered “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability, and the announced services may change name, form or date.
Content and marks
The text, design, code and the agem name (and the mega, gema and game pillars) belong to agem. You may quote and link to the site; you may not copy it as your own.
Subdomains and links
The *.agem subdomains and the external sites we link to have their own rules. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites.
Changes
These terms may change as the platform grows. The date above says when they were last revised.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and any matter will be handled by the competent courts of Portugal.
